★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jumaat 2 mei 2019. Pecah side mirror few days ago. Place an order. Got it. To replace you need an appointment . OK. Set for 8.30 am. Arrived at 8.15. Wait and wait. There were other customers for routine services. Enquired twice. Only to be told, wait. Then it was 9.30. One hour just for a simple side mirror replacement. Asked for the part and my car keys, I told them I rather do it myself, then they rushed for my car. It took only 5 minutes to do it.
Mana perkataan Organise. Mana perkataan Prioritise. You dont want customer's bantering and swearing but you throw The Letter F to the customer. Its time for all of us to value other people's time. Dont steal others' time.
Mudahan kita diampunkan dan dirahmati Allah. Kerana Allah menghantar Nabi untuk mengajar Akhlak. kita perlu sabar. Sure. But please treat your customers (time) accordingly. Replacing side mirror is not like preparing for rocket launch....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 Hari berturut datang complaint pasal rattling sounds dekat pintu driver.mechanic just cakap perketat skru,end up masalah tak settled, forcing to come again for 3 rd time for the same complaint.
One worker keep on smoking at the working area despite of the no smoking sign.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Already make appointment on 29th April 2021. However, need to wait almost 2 hours for 1st inspection on my Aruz. Completed service form at 8.52 am. Car only entered service room 10.41 am and 11 am inspection completed. Hope to improved the front desk part because this is the only perodua service centre in Perlis I guess.Maybe overlook my service form because this is no charge service.
