★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent my car in November this year and I was shocked to find how unprofessional this service centre is. I am not exaggerating at all. Nor do I have any ill feelings about the place but I am writing this on the basis of the poor work and result I experienced.
1) After service, when I was called to pick up my car I was shocked to find it was parked outside of the premises among other parked cars.
2) They had wrongly reinstalled the tyre pressure caps on each tyre so I had wrong reading of each tyre. What’s more baffling is that the tyre pressure cap is bought from Perodua’s official catalogue. Yet they fitted it wrongly.
3) The cargo area cover problem was not remedied at the end of service despite my explicit instructions to the Service Advisor to do it at the start of the service. They simply said “come back and we’ll fix it then.”
4) I even found specks of red paint on my car.
5) I had a front tyre puncture the day after service (of which the tyre pressure gave me an errorneous indication of which tyre lose pressure because of the wrong tyre pressure cap reinstall) which may or may not be the consequence of the service.
All in all, I am sorely disappointed with the service centre and urge you to reconsider - as I have - other places to service my Perodua.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LOL, the so called genuine oil filter gasket leaked after 1 month. Found out when i went to replace the front absorbers at some other mechanic shop. Not sure whether should i go service my car at berokdua SC again.
