โ โ โ โ โ Sales person sangat membantu, dia terangkan satu per satu apa masalah dan apa yg kena ditambah. No upsell at all. Sgt professional. Team mechanic bagus. Spent half day here for my 130k km service. Highliy recommended

After sending my car to service, my car broke down. I sent it back to them and they figured out, my wire engine was torn. They didnt have the spare part and required me to wait for a week plus which I couldn't do so because I was only on a short leave and need to use my car. Hence, I asked them if I could buy my own engine wire and if they can put it onto my car. They said, can. They even gave me the spare part batch number. Hence I bought the original Perodua part from Shopee. When I went back to the service centre, they refused to put it onto my car since I didnt biy the spare part from the perodua service centre itself, although the spare part is perodua-original. Then, I had to tow my car to nearby workshop.

โ โ โ โ โ For me it is the best service center for Perodua user. First, their service also i'm quite satisfied and how they treat the customer also made me will come here for my next service due date. Second, what made me like this service center because they provide Surau for Muslim customer while waiting their cars been treated. Beside their restroom is clean even only have limited unit. They also provide the customer lounge for customer enjoy movies, reading and kids area.

โ โ โ โ โ Have been calling all the perodua service centre and then called this centre which is just near by the house. Called them and booked my service for next week Friday, but then they also said I could do a walk in. The staff were very friendly. They will brief and explain to you on what to change and what is needed, very efficient, spacious and comfortable waiting area provided for their customers with a cosy sofa.

โ โ โ โ โ Friendly staff..they will brief and explain to you on what to change/need to do..very efficient...spacious and comfortable waiting area also provided for their customers...however, it can get very busy sometimes and be prepared to wait for around 2hours++....

โ โ โ โ โ Mulfunction indicator light on but not blinking when my car engine is running,they want charge me rm600.00 for engine wiring change, never given me reason,i rejected the offer, thing light on still, they said still can drive. For me i feel unsafety.

โ โ โ โ โ + Come for walk in service, but they actually ONLY accept service with booking. Good thing they should be able to make sure the waiting time should be somewhat accurate.
+ very spacious
+ Clear signs, you wont be confused about where to go
- The board in front of the gate mentioned business hour on Saturday starts at 7:30, came at 7:30 the gate still closed.
