โ โ โ โ โ First i was appoinment at 11:30am but waiting list untill 12:30pm (1hours waiting) , everything was okay staff was good service too. The only problem is service take too long compare to other perodua service centre. Finished at 3pm ! What a wasting time.

โ โ โ โ โ The is the best service center that I go...She explain everything in details and wont forcee to change something and gvany suggestions...after 2 days of service thy call me and check whether all good or not... really good service...and time taken is around 2 to 3 hours...

โ โ โ โ โ OH MY GOD..?..I been here and service my car I mean my first car then now my second car when I came to do service ..they made a mistake which they did not reinstall the ATF dipstick after major service. I noticed only after a week because my car started to jerk very badly...I complaint and they said will responsible and do major service.the best part is when I ask the technician how long u work here he say 4month and he is Pakistani..Okey I ask him do you know the danger u cost he appoligies..the manager said I will give best technicians this time I was shock..? Okey so All the while u been giving me not experience technician to handle car...he keep quite..please responsible we do have family we sent car for service and believe in your good service ..even do that technician not professional or or new in job please please take hours to check again customer car before hand over key to customer...ItZ the TRUST ISSUE..not money..I'm glad they take full responsibility to do back the car after the damaged.. change the manager so far I'm sitting here and watching he bully thstaff ?.I'm not gonna come here again..

Customer can view their car from the customer lounge during the car services going on. Feel thirst and hungry, refreshment corner is ready on customer lounge. ?

โ โ โ โ โ Bad. Always tell me to change brake pad when it's still good. Milage 100k changed auto oil. 120k ask to change again. Really unreliable workshop. Very unprofessional. When there's a problem with steering and absorber also says it's alignment. Where else they don't want to do troublesome work. Only want to do easy work, like changing oil, brake pads etc
Not going to go back again.

โ โ โ โ โ High quality and very professional service. However it is better to book a slot in advance or walk-in in the morning around AM8:30 to AM9:30 to avoid crowds.
