★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perpustakaan Awam Daerah Bera mempunyai satu Jawatankuasa Penasihat yang perlu mengadakan mesyuarat sebanyak dua kali setahun.
Jawatankuasa penasihat ini dianggotai oleh pemimpin tempatan di daerah Bera.
Jawatankuasa ini akan memberikan nasihat kepada Ketua Perpustakaan Daerah. Antara nasihat yang boleh diberikan adalah halatuju pembangunan minda masyarakat melalui pelbaga idea yang proaktif dan inovatif.
Masyarakat juga boleh salurkan cadangan dan aduan melalui jawatankuasa ini supaya boleh dibawa dalam mesyuarat.
Seorang pegawai dari ibu pejabat (Ketua Bahagian Rangkaian) akan hadir bagi mendengar maklum balas terus dari kepimpinan tempatan.
Turut hadir sama dalam mesyuarat ini adalah pengerusi jawatankuasa penasihat peringkat Perpustakaan Desa di daerah Bera:
 The Bera District Public Library has an Advisory Committee that needs to hold meetings twice a year.
This advisory committee is made up of local leaders in Bera district.
This committee will provide advice to the District Library Head. Among the advice that can be given is the direction of community mind development through various proactive and innovative ideas.
The community can also channel suggestions and complaints through this committee so that it can be brought in meetings.
An officer from the headquarters (Network Division Head) will be present to hear feedback directly from the local leadership.
Also present at the meeting was the chairman of the advisory committee at the Rural Library level in Bera district:
