★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kemudahan bagi tujuan pembangunan minda yang disediakan untuk penduduk Kampung Chenor dan sekitarnya.
Perpustakaan Desa Chenor ini juga mempunyai Jawatan kuasa Penasihat Perpustakaan yang dianggotai oleh kepimpinan tempatan dan dipengerusikan oleh Penghulu Mukim.
Petugas perlu mengadakan Mesyuarat Jawatan kuasa Penasihat sebanyak 2 kali setahun.
Petugas perlu menerangkan kepada AJK tentang usaha yang telah dilakukan untuk galakkan minat membaca penduduk setempat.
AJK Penasihat boleh memberi nasihat bagaimana untuk petugas menjadikan tugas beliau lebih bermanfaat.
Pada tahun 2020 banyak perubahan telah berjaya dilakukan oleh petugas baru PD Chenor. Paling ketara sekarang adalah landskap PD Chenor. Ianya dengan bantuan Kolej Vokasional Pertanian Chenor.
Hasil perubahan ini, PD Chenor juga semakin dapat perhatian pemimpin tempatan terutama YB Adun dan Tok Penghulu Mukim.
Pada 8.9.2020 YB Adun dan pasukannya datang membantu mengecat dinding luar Perpustakaan Desa Chenor.
Moga penduduk kampung dan mukim dapat tunjukkan minat mereka pula. Pemimpin sudah tunjukkan sokongan mereka.
 Facilities for the purpose of mind development provided for the residents of Chenor Village and its surroundings.
Chenor Rural Library also has a Library Advisory Committee which is composed of local leadership and chaired by the Mukim Chief.
Officers must hold Advisory Committee Meetings twice a year.
The staff should explain to the committee about the efforts that have been made to encourage the interest in reading the locals.
The Advisory Committee can provide advice on how to make the staff more productive.
In 2020 many changes have been successfully made by the new staff of PD Chenor. The most notable now is the landscape of PD Chenor. It is with the help of Chenor Agricultural Vocational College.
As a result of this change, PD Chenor is also gaining the attention of local leaders, especially YB Adun and Tok Penghulu Mukim.
On 8.9.2020 YB Adun and his team came to help paint the outer wall of Chenor Rural Library.
I hope the villagers and mukims can show their interest. Leaders have already shown their support.
