How can u nurture a culture of reading if the entry is extremely expensive?! The public would also need to do research sometimes, so, we go to the library. Now, its just damn expensive, no one can enter the library.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure if it still opens for 24 hours, but it did during my degree time. I found it to be so convenient. Can just pop in whenever I need a place to study at any time of the day. The wifi signal was pretty good too. They segregated this library into several zones - the top-most floor being a “noises allowed” zone. Many students will usually commune here to have group discussions. The said zone has several discussion areas complete with TV set for screen-sharing purposes.
