★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新山客家公会，旧称新山客属同源社，成立于1926年。1992年响应马来西亚客联总会的呼吁，改名为新山客家公会。
新山大马花园客家公会，成立于1989年，早期名字为新山客属公会，之后依据社团注册局注册的马来名字“Persatuan Hakka Johor Bahru”，更改公会中文名为新山客家公会。
上述更名导致两个客家公会名字闹双包。2003年在全国客联总会长丹斯里吴德芳的协调下，两公会握手言和，后者以新山大马花园客家公会加入客联总会。然而，时任会长黄康福卸任后，迄今的几任会长都不同意上述约定，再度对外使用新山客家公会名称。
新山大马花园客家公会今年3月19日会员大会中，最终议决以社团注册局批准的中译“新山客家公会”为申请进入客联会的会员籍。
新山客家公会随后于今年4月7日召开记者会，促请新山华社不要称呼新山大马花园客家公会为“新山客家公会”，避免分裂华社。
 The Johor Bahru Hakka Association, formerly known as the Johor Bahru Hakka Association, was established in 1926. In 1992, in response to the call of the Malaysian Federation of Hakka Federation, it was renamed the Johor Bahru Hakka Association.
The Johor Bahru Damascus Hakka Association was established in 1989. The early name was Johor Bahru Hakka Association. Later, the Chinese name of the association was changed to Johor Bahru Hakka Association under the Malay name "Persatuan Hakka Johor Bahru" registered by the Societies Registry.
The above-mentioned name change resulted in the double-packing of the names of the two Hakka guilds. In 2003, under the coordination of Tan Sri Wu Defang, president of the All-China Hakka Federation, the two associations shook hands and joined the Hakka Association of Johor Bahru. However, after the then president Huang Kangfu resigned, the previous presidents did not agree to the above agreement and once again used the name of the Johor Bahru Hakka Association.
The Johor Bahru Da Ma Garden Hakka Association held its membership meeting on March 19 this year and finally decided that the Chinese translation "新山 Hakka Association" approved by the Societies Registration Bureau should be the member who applied for the Hakka Association.
The Johor Bahru Hakka Association then held a press conference on April 7 this year, urging the Xinshan Chinese Society not to call the Johor Bahru Da Ma Garden Hakka Association the "Johor Bahru Hakka Association" to avoid splitting the Chinese community.
