★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Chinese woman who managed my call was so horrible. She was qualifying my items. I told her that I’m giving away books, files, papers and some good-used items as well. We are a company and our stuffs are basically for recycling purposes and some may find our stationery good to use.
We are just spring cleaning. We are giving away some stuffs. But she’s so horrible to me, saying that she may not take everything and they must “see first”. So my take is, there are so many more good recycling companies, pls make your wise choices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to donate some items through them and WhatsApp them few times. Either given wrong info (driver will call u a day before to arrange but then he called me the day itself n said wanna come) or confirmed date but driver didnt come. WhatsApp them the only response I got was 'cannot confirm'. If the person in WhatsApp can't even help to arrange n driver is so busy, maybe u should just accept money donation!
