Mula2 repair service baik dan time nk claim warranty sbb rosak blik mcm2 alasan trcipta, technician balik kmpung laa, brg xsampai lg laaa, dh 2 mnggu delay minta no phone tpi xcall back pon, so what the purpose mintak no phone tu? And the end sy yg call balik and dtg kedai, dh laa nk pkai phone untuk kerja urgent! Dh bsing2 baru laa tiba2 boleh repair plak brg dh smpai laa ape laa, lps dh hntr phone tu yg paling sakit hati die hilang kan casing phone, lps tu xde courtesy plak tu kot laa nk bg casing smentara ke, dia biar kan je customer pulang dgn phone yg xde casing, i know laa phone murah je but not nice laaa treat your customer mcm tu, where is your common sense? Again mintak no phone kononnya klau jmpa nk hntr ke rumah, 3 hari kmudian still no call smpai laa sy call balik and complaint service diorg, baru laa nk cari laa ganti blik la NO POINT! Actually xnk sgt pon casing tu balik but dari segi service tu FAILED!! Dah laa staff tu, sy dh dtg beberapa kali still tak cam wlaupun dh bgtaw nama and keep tnya phone ada masalah apa tu? xtaw plak nama dia apa kulit putih2 lelaki, kpd staff tu please alert skit dgn your customer. Taw laa customer ramai then cari laa inisiatif untuk recognize each of your customers record dlm system ke ape kan. Niat di hati nak support perniagaan org sndiri tpi dh service mcm ni hurmmmmm xyah laaaa…

And the end sy who called back and came to the store, dh laa nk pkai phone for urgent work!
