★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just now i went to your branch and they said my booking is not included in the record. Since i booked thru fb so my booking did not recorded. Please improve on this. Because of that i need to wait for two hours to settle my car. What is the purpose of BOOKING if mine is not recorded.
One more thing please advice your staff Nurul Syuhada to improve her service as she sarcastically talked to me and interrupted my conversation with Ezza Farhana. Your customer is your priority and pls respect your customer. For me she is so rude.
For Ezza Farhana, credit for her because of her good service and very hospitable. Instead of getting angry with nurul syuhada, I calm myself because of Ezza. She knows how to treat the customer in a good way and with smile. Good job for that. Overall experience is okay. Except for one of your staff and for the long waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered sun visor from Mac 2020, till now October no news. Had to call twice. Last month I called, customer service (cs) there told me she will call back. She never did. This morning I called again. CS asked for my number and never called back. I called again and yes I was upset n told her to check again where is the sun visor. She called and she told me the reason the reason RM77 sun visor did not arrive was because of HQ. Wah so easy. Just blame HQ. NEVER DOING SERVICE HERE. BYE.
