Customer service line very bad...everytime call want to make appointment, but nobody pick up the phone...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't expect them would pick up your call at one time, you have to call them several times until then someone will only slowly pick up your call. They sound like you owe them money, their attitude are like if you want you come, if you don't want you can get lost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booking service appointment via Proton app, email said will contact me within 3 days for service date confirmation but never received call from them. Call them back 9+am, 10+am and 11+am but rang for more than one min then auto answer and hang me up. Exactly like a typical government service agency Malaysian experienced. Keep up the good work Proton Plentong!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad gear oil leakage for new saga, mileage 8000+km only. Called customer service to make appointment for 1 whole day, morning and afternoon, no response. Contacted the sales agent, sales agent said he will assist in making appointment, no response at all after that. Sales agent also did not pick up the calls.
Extremely bad service for an urgent case.
