โ โ โ โ โ The service is very very bad. They even forgot to top-up my black oil in my engine. Very careless mistake. Causing my car to smoke on front engine ...I don't recommend this shop, not professional. I wish I can give zero star for this.

One time for last, never come back

โ โ โ โ โ They pretend to give you a good service. I had a check engine warning light on my 2010 persona. So the shop lady tells me they can diagnose the problem for RM80. I had no choice, so went ahead with it. They diagnosed my O2 sensor faulty and needed replacement. To replace it, I have to pay RM300! If I choose not to replace it, I have to pay RM80 for diagnosing the issue. Cunning service. And believe me, oxygen sensors don't cost you 300 bucks

Send your car to this shop on your own Risk.
They can do service such as change engine oil like normal service. When here 1 or 2 time for normal service, due to the shop I always go is fully with car need to wait long time.
This time when here to change brake pad that I though needed to change due to got mouse sound when braking. Straight when in and tell them need to change brake and they straight open up the brake pad so fast and tell me brake pad still good and I told them the story that braking got mouse sound. And they offer to open up rear brake shoe to check and tell me needed to change. And I ask is it this problem making this sound he say maybe and try to change front brake pad and try. They open up everything and I don't feel comfortable and tell them is ok no need to change. And tell me they already service and blow rear and front brake, that I did not agree. In the end I will not come back again.
Best part. I when to others shop tell them change brake and the 1st thing that the foreman say is why wanted to change and I tell them the story and they test drive to see what's the real problem. After test they say the rear brake shoe needed to change and front brake is nice no problem. Others shop foreman will test drive to find out what the main problem not like this Pesona Mahir just open up everything and say maybe this or try to change this and see.
