β β β β β 1. In my haste on my first visit, I carelessly left part of the documents needed at home!
2. On my return visit the Commissioner noted gross errors and poor organization of my documentation!
3. In a rare gesture of going beyond the professional help and as an act of kindness the Commissioner calmly assisted me make the amendments (including making copies at no charge) and organized my documentation in order which I was later able to successfully submit without missing the deadline.
4. I now carry the contact handy with me and have no hesitation for future use and to recommend the services to anyone needing them.
Terima Kasih Puan. Your invaluable help in my panicky situation will never be forgotten.

β β β β β One of the nice commissioner that i have met. Mom had difficulties to take the stairs up and she offered to come down to get her signatures. Though we still went up. She offered mom Water and was very kind and friendly. Thank you for being kind and understanding.

β β β β β Very easy to get sign. Straight to the point. They already knew your intention. Only RM4. Staff were really polite and friendly. Doesn't need a fancy office but very functional. Probably hard to locate the office. It's located on the second floor on top of the SsangYong workshop. Overall very good.
