I send my dog for grooming on a regular basis every month in KL. I sent to 2 separate groomers in KL and no problem at all. I have never received any complaint from any of the groomer and they took care of my dog very well. This is the first time i send my dog for grooming in Kluang. And this is the first time my dog get complaint by the groomer. It is a very unpleasant experience. They said my dog will bite and it is not co-operative. Is it your problem or my dog’s problem?? Why do you want to open a grooming salon if you are so impatient and dislike animals? My dog is the friendliest dog that i have ever seen, he will never bite. I cant think of a reason besides you being impatient with him or made him feel discomfort during the grooming process. The one that complaint my dog is a male groomer. Do not send your dog here for grooming if you don’t want your dog to get teased on or despised on. 因为我身在KL在网上找了这间拜托我妹妹送我的狗过去，在送过去之前我也有打去问他们会不会照顾好我的狗，答案是肯定的我才放心送过去。结果刚才收到我妹妹的电话说我的狗被投诉。我的狗平常连别的狗抢它的食物都不曾生气，我不知道你们做了什么事会让他想要咬你。都还没新年就收新年的价钱。对动物一点同理心一点爱心都没有，也没有一点耐心。可以选的话大家不要来这间比较好。 给钱还要被嫌弃，又不是很便宜，想到都生气。剪到也不是很美，跟我去过的比，真的还好罢了。耳朵的毛没有剪齐，胸前粘在一起的毛也没有剪。 我在别处剪的会把它耳朵毛修齐，露出粉色的耳朵。这间我不懂是谁剪的但我觉得不行。跟他们放出来的照片差很大。

Before sending it, I also called to ask if they would take good care of my dog. Turns out I just got a call from my sister saying my dog has been complained. My dog doesn't usually get mad at other dogs for grabbing his food, I don't know what you did to make him want to bite you. The New Year's price is charged even before the new year. No empathy, no love, no patience for animals. If you can choose, it's better not to come here. Giving money will be disgusted, and it is not very cheap, and I am angry when I think about it. The cut is not very beautiful. Compared with the ones I have been to, it is really better. The hair on the ears is not trimmed, nor is the hair on the chest that sticks together. I cut it elsewhere and trimmed its ear hair to reveal the pink ears. I don't know who cut this one, but I don't think so. It's very different from the photos they put out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is clean and tidy. The design is simple but organised - rows of racks. The behind section is for grooming of pets.
They specialised in grooming and no trading of pets. However, plenty of pets food on displays.
The services are fast, efficient and friendly.
The shop is kept clean and without odour...????????????????????????????
