One thing funny about the management, they want you to rate in front of their staff before paying.
We are Asian not ang mo, when I rated not so satisfied with their service while I was at the other 3 outlet. They straight away showed me face. LOL!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to get everything for your furry kids. The vets was super awesome because can managed 4 tantrum cats to vaccine with any hardship. Also the staff is helpful. Good job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personal strongly not recommend this clinic. Experiencing unprofessional treatments and charges is extremely high.
As a pet owner, most concern of pets getting a professional treatment when sick. However, sense of disappointing on every visit. Charges is ridiculous high and the treatment results not have worked at all.(Doctors are friendly but cannot see professional in diagnose)
Be aware of promoting the products claimed it can beneficial pets recovery from sick. Unproven results might caused a big lose on your money and energy.
Especially for pets in emergency cases, please think twice before visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After the change of management, the service had become bad to worse. The staff were rude and unfriendly. Everyone was utterly unprofessional, including the veterinarian. The female vet was in her late 20s and petite. She doesn't even know to to handle dogs and kept asking if my dog will bite. Because of her negative energy, my dog was uncomfortable. She tried to shove the pill into my dogs mouth with some kind of equipment. She is unqualified and not fit to handle animals. I don't feel safe sending my dog there. Terrible service and the price is too high.
