On Thursday my daughter went to the Vet Clinic..
She Wanted to Purchase Some Medicine over the counter,and seek advice of the vet before purchasing it.
Earlier she Had Brought the Cat on Sunday ,1 st Nov for Treatment for Inflammation..
But on 5th November...at 3.40pm, we only wanted to buy dermal cream for my cat`s itchy ear...A
chinese,male doctor on duty refused to talk to us and communication was done through the customer service gal at the main counter. As a good after service care, we need a compassionate doctor to spend less than his 3 minutes time just to talk to us. Instead, the vet was arrogant and ignored us. ?
Next go to another veterinary clinic, and purchase the cream after seeking advice from the Vet itself. Done less than 5 minutes.
A CHANGE IN...STERN MANNERISM..
WOULD BE.....WELCOMED..
UNHAPPY CAT OWNER..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff for grooming is very rude in touching and lifting my dog. As being impatient and mumbling throughout the whole process. Trying to provide feedback at the reception desk and the staff was just being indifferent and was not keen to understand what’s had happened and not even giving an apologetic answer.
Highly remind whoever that sending your pets over for grooming, please stay outside the room to inspect the process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heartbroken and devastated by the news that my cat went blind and passed soon after. I brought my cat to get her spayed, the doctor did not explain the risks, the side effects, the recovery, the whole process at all. He just took the cat and I left. Soon after the surgery, I got a call from the doctor that she almost died for 3 minutes and managed to bring her back to live. Soon after, I brought her home, she acted different and couldn't see anything. The next day, I brought her to the vet again for explanation, he confirmed her eyesight is affected and today my cat passed away.
There were no detailed explanation given, no explanation on how to care for cats after surgery, didn't tell the owners the risks! Nothing...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor and staff were very nice & professional. Dr explained to us the procedures and conditions of my dogs clearly. Nice services although I come late due to working. They treat my dog with patience although exceeding their closing time. Appreciate their kind assistance :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unhappy with this place. We brought our cat in because he has a eye problem and we needed to see a doctor. We arrived at 6:38 and they told us the doctor only works until 6:30. Then the doctor walk right buy us and we asked if he could take a quick look at him. They told us he can but we have to pay 300 ringgit to pay for his overtime. I will not bring my loved ones here again. Clearly it’s all about the money and they don’t seem to care whether your littles are sick or not. Could you imagine watching you pets suffer and then they just said no to you and to call to make a appointment tomorrow. Not to mention it’s the most expensive place around.
