★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since there are not many pet stores around this area, or in JB in general, this is one of the well-known pet stores I know.
Well, they carry Royal Canin and other typical brands. As I am more used to going to pet stores that carry a whole lot more brands, I'd say this pet store is disappointing. None of the brands I need for both food and sand is available here. Very limited choices for anything despite how big the store is. Not gonna come here again unless I really have no other choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever, non informative adminstration at the front desk, when it was global pets it was well kept and nicely maintained. Won't recommend them at all, find a better place. No more boarding allowed. All the food and other stuffs prices has increased. Missed those global pets moments

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The front desk provide the wrong information and service was bad.
At first we consult a malay stuffs, they said our dog doing grooming was Rm90 (include double layer) we also do double check with them several times, so we decide to let our dog do the grooming with them
But once done, the other stuff said 90 didn't include double layer only bathing.
And before we bring our dog they require us to bring upstairs, but after that the other stuff told us we are not allowed to go upstairs?!
Will suggest them to do training within they stuffs and integrated set of information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors are good & friendly. Especially the chinese man & Malay girl ?? Assistant ok juga.
Reception service very poor. People ask questions they just ignored.
We made appointment for 3.30pm, went there at 3.30pm but we waited until 4.20pm. We go into the store with another family at 3.30pm, but the reception said they booked the section before us, is that means they booked 3.29pm? So what's the point of appointment?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called to check whether revolution plus is available for cats and even confirm the specific one. The person who pick up phone call said yes. But when I went down to buy they said no stocks as they don't order that one. Very bad services and wasting my times.

Front staff very efficient.
Store environment Clean and now i can feel the World class Pet Lover Centre With World class shopping Environment .
All the Team PLC and the Global pet very friendly, energetic and make me feel welcome everytime i enter the PLC & Global Pet Taman Gaya.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs weren’t friendly and helpful. At first I was looking for cat litter of my choices and they replied No dont have then i asked if they have something similar, they replied No, again. They dont even bother to give me suggestions and seemed like they dont want sales.
I am a new cat owner so i dont know much about cat’s care. So I was hoping they would help me to choose or give me suggestions but they just replied No and sat in the cashier counter.
Then i asked about cat’s milk. Also same attitudes. They dont care to give me some information about which milk is better, which way is better to feed the cat and all. Like I said, im a new cat owner. This is my first time petting a cat.
Haishh.. bad customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Chinese receptionist girl with grey/silver hair is SO RUDE, the attitude is SO BAD. This kind of service is absolutely unacceptable. I cancelled my appointment after she being rude to me.
Your staff need some training on how to carry out a PROPER customer service with a RIGHT attitude instead of roll her eyes towards customer.
