★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I truly regret engaging them for the last journey of our old dog. My dog was not treated with what he deserves. Pets Memorial “driver” arrives to pick up our dog, clearly our dog has a huge wound (bone cancer) on his leg and they didn’t even avoid it when carrying him. Instead they went straight to touch his broken leg, we had to tell them to NOT touch it and be careful. Imagine our devastation after being heartbroken losing our beloved family member. They then proceed to put him in a bag that was too small for my dog, it was almost as if he was being dumped into a garbage bag and tied up. Their 2 drivers had no common sense or any sort of compassion, looked blur and was just there to get the job done.
When I was sent photos of my dog of the cremation, their so called “fresh flower decoration” was PATHETIC. Six, only six flowers. Now they are saying there is a “flower add on” option. Charging extra for “more flowers”. They are not being clear and transparent with their charges. At the point when you are at your lowest/saddest, mourning over a loss, they try to deceive you.
Very disappointed and I can’t get over myself for choosing Pets Memorial Service. I wouldn’t want any other pet owner to experience this, I’m heartbroken.

She was quick to respond and patiently explained to me and provide information that I needed to make decision. Appreciate it so much for making it easier during this difficult time. Also thanks to the other ladies at the reception. She helped to carry Summer into the building ❤️

Especially Staff Holiday was very helpful, understanding and so kind to answer all my questions and inquiries.
Whole process was handled very professionally and fast. Even provided me with photos of the process. We thank you all for your service. ???

I was supposed to collect the ashes after 3 working days but they contacted me the very nxt day. Photos of my late pet during the process of cremation was sent back to me too. Highly recommended.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Maco was a very large Alabai weighted 74Kg. On 4May2022 when I came from work and found him gone, I was sad and lost. One thing is how to get him to the hospital and a funeral. He was so big and heavier than me. It was almost 8pm and pet hospital was not answering. I googled and came across Pet Memorial Service. Ms Wong was so understanding and helpful and sent to pickup the next early morning. Finally I got to do a final care for Maco. RIP my friend. Thank you Pet Memorial Service team. ??❤️
