★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff not really knowledge able, did not gave any suggestions specially for the membership,not willing to help customer, not really friendly,bad attitude. The way talk to customer also not professional. Just sitting at in front over counter even though got two staff specially the guy. NO STANDARD SOP FOR THE MEMBERSHIP. Not like other pet shop very helpful especially,low profile. REALLY UPSET TO YOUR SERVICE NO STAR EXACTLY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved this place. They sell all kind of cats' food and so many brands to choose. You can find most of cats' stuffs from litter boxes to cats' bedding. They also sell cats' medicine. Also provide "mating" cats of good bred.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is slightly out of the way, thus it was easier to get a parking space close to the premises. This is a big bonus if you are buying heavy items. The merchandise sold here are reasonably priced and of good quality, though the variety of choices might not be the best. Even so, there is enough to make me feel that I had enough choices of good priced items

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A few years ago, I would've rated it a 5 star because there's a lot of products there and I can search for anything my cats need. It was my go-to pet store. But lately, it seems a bit bare because the products I always buy is always out of stock. It's kind of sad to not go there anymore since they have this cute orange cat that I always play around with. The price is reasonable too, if you have a member card. Overall, it's an okay pet shop.
