★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We all know government clinic is always full house, my experience all process take around 2 hours, but still acceptable. We know the workload of nurse and doctor here is very high, but we should give compliment to then for all the hardwork the give to the patients. Kudos to the team. I suggest KKM and Government should allocate some budget for improve the facilities here and review some beuraucracy for process to shorten the waiting time.

And the appointment have to wait 8 months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ service okay, attitude je kurang. just bcs of one issue that i have done which i kumur dekat sink that supposed to be wash hand sink, and absolutely i dont know about that. one staff told me with the loud voice untill other staff can heard. im shocked, just said sorry bcs i dont even know that sink cannot be use untuk berkumur. but then, the staff just ask me to go out from there with saying "haaa keluar". such a rude staff. shame of you. if u dont want to treat a patient nicely, just dont work, just stay at home, take care of your child. thats more good for you, and for us, for not being treat like trash. one star is for the guy who checked my teeth and talked with me nicely. thankyou

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wonder why klinik pergigian don't want to do some easier system like let people make an appointment and i think this is more easier and more fair to another people coz some people come earlier in the morning 6am lastly got nothing? And people who not came last they got the que just because of they said "i came first"(padahal datang pukul 7 org lain datang 6am) instead doctor give que for who came first..this is not fair or u want people came at 4am baru dapat que?this make me cry inside i came 4 time in the early morning still got no que for me... SUGGEST TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT PLEASE

Should be used. I really pity those staffs have to shout and walk around to look the next ppl for the booster jab....Kita Jaga Kita

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decided to go this government clinic for a doctor visit due to feeling unwell . First time going here after MCO . Seats outdoor are well organised with fans and the register staff was friendly and polite . You are required to pay RM1 to the register staff .
I also noticed the staff there are very helpful in handing out wheelchairs to those who needed and assist patients well with numbers . ??
My waiting period was about 1 hour plus because there was already a que before I arrived there .
In each room , there are 2 doctors and social distance is still maintained with patients . The pharmacist department was really fast . ✅
Overall I was done within 2 hours and for a government clinic I would say it was good . ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here for Bilirubin checkup for my infant, I’m not suppose to come here because I just delivered a baby but the problem is there’s no parking at all and I’ve to accompany my husband and drop him in-front of the clinic and have to make a U-turn again. I might say this is the worst KK ever ! I mean THIS CLINIC ISN’T A STRATEGIC PLACE FOR PATIENTS, SEATING CHART TOTALLY UNORGANIZED, THERE’S NO SEAT FOR MOTHER WITH INFANT, COVID-19 PATIENT WALKS FREELY IN THE CLINIC AND I FEEL UNSAFE FOR MY BABY, AND THERE’S NO PARKING AT ALL ! U have to put yourself in danger to park on the road side. Please upgrade your facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Majority staffs are helpful. Yes, expected to queue for long hours. The online appointment system doesn't work and have to walk in. Once got in, the process is fast and smooth, about 20 min to complete a general practice consultation and take medicine. Medical officer is helpful in advising. Not bad for a government clinic. Just that still using old school record system, all medical record written on a card.
