★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't pump petrol here, many of credit card machine is down, all customer must go inside counter cashier take a long queue to pay and pump, take so long time here, behind the car all also take a long queue to wait, seems like 90's style(times backwards)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cause of unnecessary traffic. The people nor the people who pour petrol has no brain to think. The petrol assistant should tell people to go to the side to sleep, go toilet, go do all the other amenities. Not just leave the car at the pump and causing traffic.
Took us literally 28 minutes to just pour petrol.
Stupidly only one counter to pay for oil. All their pump has no card payment causing people to go to the station to make payment. Guess what only one counter for indoor purchase, food purchase, petrol etc... Imagine the time taken and the queue expected.
Hello, please check your downstream retain service else can decide to close and allow others like shell, PETRONAS or BHP to open. Don't cause stress the public.
