β β β β β at 9:00am 10/11.the cashier FATHINA ATTITUDE VERY RUDE!act like boss of petron!shout the customer with rude and her colleagues,but the colleagues attitude better than her.At first,my phone no battery then left inside the car,i go cashier want to made payment,but cashier is inside shop,then i go inside.First things i find the name list to write the name,but i didnt found it,i walk through counter want to ask cashier,but the cashier shout me first use her rude malay!she shout scan first!write name!then i say didnt found the name list to write,the name list at where, she shout me again!i suddenly feels wronged instantly,then i say i will complaint u!u attide is very rude.After that she act like the boss of petron that,use the rubbish face facing me!Conclusion, in this situation i didnt use any foul language say her,cuz i sure we education level is not same, and im loyal customer of petron and my family also,if the petron management didnβt give me any explain and take action to cashier βFATHINAβi will disappointed of this company and this situation i will share through my family and friends.The cashier FATHINA should improve the skills eventough the position is only βcashierβ.For me,the solution at that time is polite or just normal attitude to guide the customer to the name list and write it not shout the customer
