★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During this pandemic time, Petron Paroi has been complying with the SOP well. They even produce their work flow on how customers and staff should interact and what to do if the customer has fever (>37.5 Celsius). Petron Paroi uses mySejahtera apps but also those without the apps can just scan the QR code that will link to the apps. For customers who somehow cannot/doesn't want to use their phone, can register via manual method but they have a dedicated staff to write your name and phone number (quite clever, because they sit down at a distance in the shop, they ask your name and phone number from 1 meter distance, so you will (should) feel embarrassed if you give out weird names, and yet only the writer and another staff inside that mind the cashier will hear your phone number (if you're concerned about your privacy)). Some staffs have been quite courteous - they treat the elderly well, they're friendly and polite - keep the conversation between them and the customers short but enough to make them feel happy with their transection. I do wish however, that the staffs that looks after the petrol pumps will always wipes/sanitize the pump handles in between customer as to gain more confidence and to reassure them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There’s one petrol pump attendant here, a guy, who should fill the petrol into customer’s car, but instead of help every customer, he only serve lady customers. This is disturbing me. I am the regular customer here, thats why I notice this situation, for years. The most annoying part when i fill petrol myself at here is when he standing at my back, looking me and it was motorcycle i fill, not car! While at that time there’s another car which need his pump service.
Dear Petron please monitor your workers, for your own good sake. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the way cashier treating customers, she is very friendly. BUT THIS ONE staff GUY, young guy wearing hat, x berapa kurus, agak berisi tp tidak gemuk. He is not very friendly, not doing any job, not helping customer to fill up the gas, without greeting he stopping me from entering the Petron Shop. He walks around petron looking the crowded customer without helping. sometimes he did stare at me without reason. The staff guy working in morning shift, 18/02/2021, around 09;30 am.
