★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a lousy customer service. I asked for RON97 at the counter. The cashier wrongly entered RON95. Then I when go back to my car to pump the petrol, there is a helper who already put RON95 into my car. What da HELL!!!!
If the first mistake already done, I still can correct it by informing them to change to RON97. Why should I expect a helper to pump my petrol when it is SELF SERVICE!!!!
What me angry was the helper keep saying it's not his fault and it's his job to pump petrol for customer.
The petrol pump is a SELF SERVICE FOR GOD SAKE!!!
WORSE PETRONAS EVER!!!
