★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been to PD frequently but doesn't drop by to top up as toilet seems locked. Had a nasty experience sometime back as I had a foreigner friend who needed to use the restroom. Got a shock and frightened the wits out of her. Drainage hole blocked due to abuse of use become of location nearby beach. Spotted a public restroom this time and hopefully station owners could probably maintain a much cleaner restroom.
