★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just loved it here. Everyone was just awesome. I had everything I needed. Every one smiled and was so pleasure. The staff spoke to me in hallway. Every time I sent my lovely jaspal to pets me for grooming, I feel very happy when I'm going to pick up him, I saw staff lovely care to my jaspal. They have passion to furkid and not only working . They always professional advice or tips how to take a good care of my jaspal.
Highly recommended to Pets Me Services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi. I just called them to ask about RC Sensitivity Control stock. The service is excellent. The person-in-charge told me ,Petshop cannot sell this kind of RC. It is only available at the vet. Wow! For me, they are honest and very responsible. Thank you, sir.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made an appointment for my husky few days prior for a basic grooming session. Went in exactly at the given time and my husky was accepted for grooming. I informed the groomer in advance that it isn’t going to be easy grooming him and I also suggested on ways to distract the dog which would make it easier for them. I also volunteered to stay back and wait if they needed help with my dog . The groomer told me to leave the dog behind and that they would call if anything. I called to check in on my dog two hours later and was told that they couldn’t trim it’s nails as the dog was not cooperating. They convinced me they would get it done and told me to wait patiently and so did I. I called in after 3 and the half hours of waiting , all my calls were not answered by the groomer. I even dropped a WhatsApp text that went unanswered. However , when I called using a different number almost immediately the groomer answered very rudely and said “you can take your dog back if you want to” . They made my dog sit in a cage way too small for his size for 3 and the half hours just because he wasn’t cooperating initially. When I walked in to get my dog , no courtesy to even apologise. I was shocked to see the conditions the other dogs were put in for grooming. No wonder their grooming room is behind closed doors that you can’t see from the outside. It’s horrifying to see the way the dogs are treated . Don’t bother going if you have a large dog as these groomers can only handle dogs the size of their pea sized mentality and attitude.
