★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not sure about other animal sections, but I went to shop there for my sugar glider. Sadly, there isn't a very large selection of items, which I expected, but the reason I'm disappointed with this place is the way they treat their sugar gliders. They have three sugar gliders, all male, not neutered, and all three are adults. All of them are stuck in a cage that can't even fit one budgie bird, no toys, and they weren't being fed whith fruits or a proper diet. When I asked the staff worker there what they were eating, she answered to me; cat food and Bugsy Sugar Glider Food. CAT FOOD. Not fruits, no bugs, no vitamins. Poor little things, when you put anything up to their cage, they'll grab at it as fast and as hard as they can and will start biting it and fighting for it. One of the poor things looked traumatized and didn't even want to move from his spot. I'm surprised that you even got away with this. Extremely disappointed and unhappy with the treatment of them. And please, next time you hire someone, at least give them some information about the exotics animals in your store. Sugar gliders are very small, fragile animals who, once treated badly, are nearly impossible to bring back to proper health.

The staff are okay, some are friendly tho
The fish is beautiful but the fish and other is a little overpriced for me as a 12 years old kiddo,I understand the rental is not cheap so the item will be overpriced.
I hope the guppies would have more suggestions
and thing will get more cheaper
I like The buy 5 free 1 I hope this promotion will last forever.
I will buy more guppies from this shop if this shop have more suggestions

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Happened to be in the mall so came in and asked them where the Scottish fold for sale was (wasn't in the cage). Was curious because they marked down the price really low. Last I came to visit was the year before, remembered all the poor cats looking super sickly. The staff member said its in the back but he'll only take it out if Im serious and want to buy. I couldnt quite belive the trashy attitude and silliness. I now wonder what had happened to that poor thing that they reduced the price and kept it hidden. Staff members don't seem like people who love and care for animals. This makes me hate animal breeders and pet shops even more.
