β β β β β Had nightmare sending my dog here for grooming. First of all the person in charge, Lim is alone is this shop. I guess he desperately needs extra hands to help him around. After i got my dog back, she was very different. Wasn't hapy and about. More like sad and terrified over something. For 2 days she was like that. Anyway my dog is a 4 yr old toy poodle. Then i start to see facial wounds, she must have gone thru a gell getting her hair trimmed by this man! Not only tht, after like 4 days i found one tick sucking onto my dog's shoulder. My dog never ever had tick or fleas her entire life! This shows how dorty is this shop. His dogs are not clean for sure. More to add, upon collecting my dog after grooming, i inquired about boarding, n he showed me the cages, it looks really dirty. N he said no one will be around in the night for boarded dogs. When i asked how if yr shop caught on fire n these poor dogs trapped. He just laughed. I will never go to this shop again. Now my dog is back to her normal self, finally.
