โ โ โ โ โ The staff are usually friendly and the pet kennels are always clean. They do a nice job on grooming and can take appointments at short notice. Very good prices too.

โ โ โ โ โ I took my cat for a basic grooming on 26/3/17 after making an apppointment for 3pm. I was there at 245pm. I was told this would be done by 4 something. I came by the shop at about 340pm only to find my cat still in its carrier with nothing done. When I enquired I was told the groomer had gone for lunch! When I demanded to speak to the manager she/he too had gone for lunch. Finally I left the store in a huff at about 405pm. I will not be returning to this store because of the poor service.

โ โ โ โ โ Had the worst experience today at this branch. I usually go to SS2 and had no issues til they recently closed down permanently.
As I received a sms saying my points were going to expire and today was the last day, I decided to drop by this branch.
There were 2 staffs, a guy & a newbie girl. I am assuming she is new because she was absolutely clueless about everything. The guy on the other hand was soooo busy on his phone texting god knows who.
My question was simple. How many points equals RM1. The girl said she didnt know. Then I wanted to use my points to buy dog food for my pup. They gave me the discounted price. Again I wanted to know how many points will be minused, again she didnt know. I asked her is there a way she can check. She pointed to the screen and said "it doesnt show so I dont know". I HAVE SEEN THE SS2 BRANCH DOING IT BY ENTERING THEIR DATA BASE AND THEY WILL PROVIDE ME WITH THE INFO.
Finally we decided to not get anything. We were there at 8.10pm, they are supposed to close at 9pm but they have removed all promo points stickers and they threw away all vouchers. I witnessed it.
I honestly hope the management manages their employees better and provide them with better knowledge and customer service skills. Such a disappointment! Will never return to that branch ever and if I have another bad experience in a different branch, I will stop visiting petsmore and shop elsewhere.

โ โ โ โ โ Service by the sales personnel like scary movie gone wrong. Sales personnel don't know their products when ask them to explain , they refer me the supervisor sitting on the corner of the floor ( I suspect hidden zone of cctv) playing handphone and when ask to elaborate on the products. He displayed an unwilling cooperative attitude like they hasn't been paid to work. Anyway I still bought some stuff and this is definitely the last time I will visit this place. I really pity the owner for having employees like that.

โ โ โ โ โ The shop sells most premium brands cats,dogs,rabbits foods e.g Ekunuba, Sam's Fields, Iams,Royal Canin and etc, Friendly supervisor and reasonable price as a member RM12.00 yearly discount and point are given but dogs boarding RM40.00/day is quite dear.Grooming service available.

This shop is opposite the fruits stall.
There was no greeting,no cross selling in spite of me asking questions on products and services.

โ โ โ โ โ There was no one around when I walked in, shop don't have much choices. The person handling the shop came back after 10min. I asked for a few items to buy ,but he was not helpful. I won't walk to this shop again unless I really don't have a choice.
