★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today the Petsmore Mahkota called. They said that I have to pay another RM89 because my cat's spa package is expired. I said ok, I can pay on Saturday, but not today. I said how can it be expired? I know there are still more because I haven't been going for a few months? The reason I didn't go is every time I called, they are fully booked. Furthermore they were closed for more than a month. Suddenly, it went expired! This is not fair to me! Then I hung up the phone. She called back and asked, when are you coming to pay RM89/-? even though I said Saturday in the previous call. This is not the only time that I have had a bad experience with Petsmore Mahkota. I have been going there for five years, but the service went downhill overtime. With the new location and new clueless employees, I do not plan to go there ever again, and I recommend you don't go there too.
