Staff: Female staff are all friendly and helpful (only reason that make me visit the shop again if I have no other option to groom my dog)
Guys either rude or just blunt, standing there like a banners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best pet shop in KL. The staffs are so nice and friendly. They even provide 2 packets of dog food for my puppies which have skin allergies.
They give good advice and detailed information about the grooming. Price for pet grooming is reasonable and cheaper. Highly recommend this pet shop!! ??
