However, there is lot of value added pharmacy services in ppum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried to call Ruka Pharmacy 15 times today, not including their 2 direct lines. But all were unsuccessful. It is so dammed frustrating. So very inefficient. Behaving worse than a government hospital!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Number not running at all. Waited long so I tried to ask the counter staff to check but was given rude response although I asked her politely. Miss, you may be working under stress but that does not justify your poor manners. Counter number 19 at 11am on 15/6/2021.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me waiting almost 45min the number not jumping at all. Go to counter ask the staff she so no manner telling me no medicine how to jump number, saying all medicine still need doctor to give. Terrible Service also Cashier in black face.
