โ โ โ โ โ Susah nak angkat call....and suka hold barang orang terlalu lama...setiap kali order barang .perlu amik sendiri .kalau tk ..mmg tk sampai la ..suck and teruk...kalau tk boleh buat JNT..better tutup...service haprak
It's hard to pick up a call ... and I like to hold people's items for too long ... every time I order items, I need to be friends myself. better close ... service haprak

โ โ โ โ โ barang kalau sampai sini mesti lembab nak hantar ke rumah . Dah tahu banyak parcel , hire lah part time . Pengurusan pon lembab . alasan overload . Bukan baru sekali raya , bertahun dah beraya . tu pon tak boleh pikir ke . time tak raye pon lembab , ni kan raye .
If the goods get here, they must be slow to send home. I know a lot of parcels, hire part time. Slow pound management. overload reasons. It's not a new festival, it's been a festival for years. That pound can't be thought of. time tak raye pon lembab, ni kan raye.

โ โ โ โ โ It really hard to reach to them. They never pickup the calls. My parcel was on hold for several days, and the remark was due to the address is under PKPD. It's not. The J&T Jln airport have no issue of delivering the item, they could always call the customer to pickup them item. Why couldn't you do the same??

โ โ โ โ โ Had to take my parcel by myself since it was stuck here for 3 days.the staff were friendly and helpful.they explained to me why my parcel is stuck and i took it well.just show your tracking number and in less than 5 minutes,i got my parcel.pleasant dealing with them.
