I was delighted with the initial service and product when I purchased it around two years ago.
Approximately a month ago it seemed to be spoiled. The ear piece was sent by courier back to you with the findings of the hearing aid being partially corroded and it will cost rm500 to be repaired.
My reply that though it's past the warranty period, the corrosion was not caused by me so why should I pay a hefty sum for that?
No reply to that since 13th December.
Is this the way to be treated? To say that I'm annoyed is putting it lightly!!!!!!
