★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Repaired motherboard due to water damage. Came here after recommended by FixNGo staff (big ups to them) as they couldn't proceed with motherboard issue. Prices were really reasonable to the efficiency of service. Staffs were friendly and kind enough to explain the details of work, they even called prior to proceeding repair works (which was really helpful). All in all a satisfactory visit. Syabas anak muda.

Recommended by one of my colleagues and service is all stars. Friendly and informative staffs. Price wise: lowest i can get among the other iphone repair shops i asked, RM750. Others in the range of RM900-RM1500.

Plus side is customer was allowed to personally see the battery replacement process. Took less than 15 minutes to complete. Highly recommended. Fast response to call and whatsapp.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My phone screen broke the night before and I needed it to be repaired immediately. Their slogan of "Siap dalam 10 minit" is really a case by case basis and doesn't apply to all types of repairs. My repair took 7 hours as they needed to purchase spare parts, wait for it to arrive, slowly heat the phone and prise open the phone case to replace the broken parts, etc. I guess if you have a more common brand of phone then your repairs would be faster. Granted, I came right before the massive flood that affected the Selangor area so to be able to acquire the parts at such short notice during such heavy and continuous rain is no small feat.
The individuals that attended me by the counter acted quite professional, though, I was the only customer at the store at the time. The shop itself is quite barebones, quiet, and with like, 3 chairs for customers to sit and wait. And though I'd rather wait there until my phone is repaired, they urged me to go back home and will call me later to inform once the repairs were done as they cannot estimate how long the spare part would arrive due to heavy rain.
Again, a case by case basis.
They claim that they will not breach any personal information/ chat /content while performing the repairs. However, this is not something I can confirm because I want not there to attest this.
I cannot comment on the amount I was charged for the service because I don't know what the baseline value is. Regardless, I'm genuinely happy to get my phone functioning before sunset.
They gave a one month warranty for my repaired screen provided that it's doesn't suffer a fall or break.
TL;DR I highly recommended this store.
