Ordered since 24/12, reached out to their support team on the status of order, gave excuses. Few weeks later, still didn’t receive my order. Asked for refund, that’s where magic came from, suddenly shipped out right after I asked for full refund ? Received my order today, guess what!!! The quality and colour tone of the picture is totally different from what I ordered!! It is desaturated (very yellowish) and blurry!!! Are you seriously kidding me?? FYI I’m not first time buyer, been amazed by the quality of pictures and actual colour tone you are producing before this, but not anymore ? If you have trouble and issue on your production, just be sincere and transparent to what you are facing, politely ask if customer would prefer for refund or they willing to wait for longer time in order for you to resolve your production issue, But not keep customer waiting while you are still actively promoting on your page when you can’t even clear your backlog since December 2021!!

Terrible experience with Photobook. Their service quality has certainly dropped over the years. I’ve ordered some pictures on 5 Feb and it is now 22 Feb and I’ve not received any updates on my delivery. It’s not even printed yet upon checking on the order status. Extremely disappointed as we wanted to send this pictures along with our wedding invites, and now the plan is delayed . Our guests may not even receive the invites in time for the wedding. Will never use photobook ever again.

I have been trying to check the status of my order 8705393 (paid fully on 28/12/2021). No emails have been replied and the WA live chat responded a day later - it is generic and not answering any of my questions. I would like to know the status of my order and when it will be shipped despite the shipping information at the website stated that it will be delivered within 14 days. Can anyone from photobook team has the decency to response please?

Love Photobook! Been customized more than 5 albums now through them and amazing, as usual, always satisfied with the material and prints result. The customer support also really delivers good service as they resolve my issue real quick. Keep up the good work! been eyeing the photo tiles for a while, and might order again in the future.

We have ordered a 8x8 photobook and regular photo printing service on 10 February 2022. I requested for premium delivery service as well. On 15 February 2022 , the status on the photobook app said that my orders were printed. Almost 7 days went by without any further information nor was I given an email on the delivery/ tracking number. On 22 February 2022, I went to the Photobook Malaysia office in Bangsar South and someone from HR took my details down and promised to look into it, which he did as I received the email with the DHL tracking number in an hour's time. Kudos to the HR guy who stepped in to help. If I didn't make the trip to the office, the photobook will still not be printed yet. The photobook and regular print photos arrived today. Much to my dismay, the photobook front and back cover was not what I had ordered. Mine was a graduation themed photobook but I received a front cover that stated "To the best dad in the world!". The back cover was a picture of a person whom I do not know. I attach the photos of the front and back cover respectively for your perusal. Furthermore, in the case of the loose photo prints, 2 pictures had multiple tear lines that destroyed the prints completely. I am extremely disappointed with the poor service quality of photobook Malaysia and I will not recommend their services to anyone. Please contact me expediently as I expect a full refund or a replacement for my photobook and photo prints. Thank you. Regards, Sony Karri.

I've used photobook many times in the last 4-5 years and can safely deduce that they are very inconsistent. The way they work is to lure you in with very affordable prints, but you pay 2-3x more for shipping. There's a variety of fine prints depending where you purchase their vouchers from, so be prepared for a rollercoaster ride when you do order something that's on offer. My only non-disruptive order was when I purchased something full price + paid for full delivery. The quality of the prints are great, but the business model is too weird for me and they will send you daily emails on crazy deals, but then turn around and tell you to wait because they're still recovering from the flood. Fair that it takes time, but where is the warning before we checked out? TL;DR - try it if you're in absolutely no rush. No warnings about delays, weird ways of using delivery to make you pay more. Good quality though!

I had a good experience with photobook on the first print and decided to print my wedding memories with - Insta 4R Print (Gloss) but the result is bad, all the photo is printed more to yellowish & orange. The photos suppose with same tone/shade of colour but the outcome is different shade. See picture attached. Photobook replied: Order number and everything is provided with numerous email for investigation. However, the investigation result said it is printed based on expected outcome.

i had a good experience with photobook years ago and decided to print my wedding memories with it. i order 3x6", 2x8", 4x4R(Matte), 4x4R(Gloss)Shipping is RM38 and 2 week interval for each set. this morning i received the 4R Matte set but the result is bad all the photo is printed darker than usual, actually it is same as the 6" and 8" print, but i didn't complaint coz i buy during promotion, so i think cheap things cannot be perfect/complaint. But the photo print (i paid full without discount) is super dissatisfied, u can see from the photos, it came with 4 shade, even the same photo printed differently. i speck to the live chat and it went to BOT after i sent my photo link (google drive) over. Reply to Photobook replied: Order number and everything is provided during the the live chat and even an e-mail enquiries is submited. I am waiting now is ur busy customer service to finally free to reply me.
