★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m a stroke survivor with right side paralysis. And pain in my limbs, especially legs. I was guided by Physiotherapist Ms Amanda who taught me exercises & helped relief some of my pain. I feel much better & able to move more better too. I appreciate the help given Ms Amanda who also taught me to balance myself - something I am still working on. Overall, Physiofit really helped my overall well being. Thank you to Ms Amanda, the kind Indian lady at Front Desk & Physiofit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dad had a quite severe lumbar stenosis issue. Dr in the private hospital suggested to conduct a physiotherapy and thank god to meet Dr Amanda. She has been really nice and professional in handling my dad. My dad is now feeling much better then before!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For home visits, we had Amanda as the therapist for my father's weekly physio. She's very professional and always giving her best effort. My father shows a lot of improvement, from not being able his fingers and after a few visits, was able to bend fingers and legs too.
She has a pleasant personality with a beautiful smile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been looking for a good physiotherapist to help with relieving the slight numbness that I felt on my thigh when standing for too long and also the tightness of my leg muscles which caused some swelling. I noticed these problems when I started to slowly exercise this year. These issues of muscle tightness are mostly due to having very little outdoor movement and sitting for long periods of time during the past 2 years of MCOs. ?. It got quite uncomfortable as the feeling of tightness behind my knee could be felt when suddenly stretching or bending my legs.
Thanks to Google search and also having read the very positive reviews of Physiofit Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Centre, I decided to give it a try. After the 1st session with the Physiotherapist Amanda, I could already feel a difference and relief. She was very calm, friendly, patient and took the time to ask questions to understand my issue better and also explained the treatment and the reason why each treatment/exercise was done. This helped me understand how the treatment was helping me and I also understood why I need to do the home exercises that she taught me.
It's already my 3rd session today and there's a huge difference between how I felt before the first session and how I feel today ??. I thank my physiotherapist Amanda for all that she has done and also for the exercises she has taught me ?
I would certainly recommend to others to come here. The fee charged too was very reasonable & that is something that most of us would be able to appreciate ?

After going through 3 sessions ..my grandmother no longer feels numb in her legs..even her waist is no longer sore..my grandmother was also taught exercises that can be practiced at home to reduce the pain she experienced. Great therapist. Very polite and very much knows what he's doing. The treatment room is very neat and comfortable. Fully recommended
