β β β β β From start to finish, Ms Tan was responsive and helpful. The piano which I wanted to be restored was in a bad shape and I am certain that some shops would have turned me away.
But Ms Tan was kind enough to ask me relevant questions based on the photos I had sent and advise me about the risks before she agreed to undertake the restoration. Her assistant, Mohamad, was knowledgeable and helpful, too.
The restoration was completed within a month and I am now the proud owner of a "new" piano. Thank you, Ms Tan and Mohamad, for your excellent and professional service.
