★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst deep fried carrot cake I have tasted. Looks fried but it is very soggy and it is not properly cooked. All other dim sum is lackluster, nothing special. Only redeeming factor is the cleanliness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like the phoenix out of the ashes, the business is reopened, though half the size, food and services are better than before! ? The Hainanese milk tea is so smooth and silky- I haven't had such good quality milk tea in a while. Parking is a breeze.
