★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food prices are on the high side. Everything is served in disposable plates and cups which is a big disappointment, especially when i chose dining in over delivery I would have expected the restaurant to use proper plates. Very environmental unfriendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good nasi lemak & kuih Muih. Just only wild boar sambal (too bad this is my favourite item) is too pricey only 3 small pieces for Rm6. Other than that, good good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be at the corner lot now moved in to the second unit with cookings mainly done in kitchen by the owner, instead of previously food stalls ran by workers. Their variety of Nasi Lemak and Curry soup noodle are must tries. Especially like the curry soup noodle, it is not spicy and even children could take.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had lunch at this restaurant. Gone are the few food stalls with varieties of food like it was when it was at the corner lot... no more kopitiam. The new restaurant serve small portions at higher prices than other restaurants around KK. The food also has way too much msg. Customer sitting at an outside table was smoking and the smoke was blowing into the restaurant making it very smelly inside. Small food debris was on the floor by most tables. Maybe is just an "off kind of day"?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prices have gone up considerably. Taste still the same and portion is good. But using disposable bowl is a turn off for me when I am paying premium and increased price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Second visit to Ping Wai, loving the variety of dishes. The "Pulau Ketam" nasi lemak and "Pulau Ketam" laska are really delicious. We've tried Fried Radish Prawns, fried wontons, Hakka mee and wild boar curry. They have a nice variety of ready to take away Nyonya kuih too. The owners said the food is Hokkien and Teowchow style food and "Pulau Ketam" is where they originated from. Currently there is dine in available and they follow SOPs. This place is definitely on my favourites list.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ came here for rumored laksa with huge loads of add ons. but I think that stall has closed out or same stall but changed menu. end up with laksa rice. Quite a decent serving for big eater but the add ons like pork or charsiew l, pork skin etc were too little. the curry was a little salty for me. fast service, attentive bosses and staff.
