Dr. Jolene take time to answer all my questions and I never feel rushed. They use the latest equipment and techniques. They provide recommendations without any pressure. That’s really important to me and I would highly recommend this dental clinic to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We needed to have two baby teeth removed for our son on a Sunday. So I gave them a call, and set up an appointment for one and half hour later. When we got there, the staff were very welcoming, even though we were late. Basically, the whole process, from speaking to them on the phone until leaving the clinic was very pleasant. Dr Lim and her team were definitely great. They handled my kids very well, who had never seen a dentist before. We were very happy with their service, and already made appointments for next visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoyed my experience here very much. The doctors and the staff are very polite, kind and so helpful. If youre scared of the dentist, you would never be scared here, especially because the doctors talks you thru the procedure and do the process very gently that you wont feel a thing! ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was in in jb for a quick visit and decided to book an appt here. Heard a lot of good reviews especially about Dr Jolene. Really loved the whole experience here. I also felt safe and comfortable especially with the covid-19 rapid test requirement before you enter for your appt. Dr Jolene was really good and her advice was helpful too. She was calm and answered all my concerns.
Highly recommend her! I felt like I walked out of a spa than the dentist ❤️ thank you Dr Jolene and your friendly team. Will definitely be back again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pleasant experience at P&W Dental Clinic.
Dental X-ray: The first thing they did was took a dental x-ray scan. None of the dental clinics I've been to previously ever required an x-ray. I found this to be a very good step in ensuring that there weren't any other problems that could have gone unnoticed. Both dentist and patient would have a clearer understanding of the condition of the teeth/gums and thereafter a more accurate treatment for the required dental needs.
Dental Team: Professional service.
Dr Jolene was very friendly and showed me how to read the xray. She answered whatever queries I had and explained thoroughly the treatment/procedures that followed. She was efficient and very gentle throughout.
Nurse Coco & Nurse Rami who attended to me were also very friendly and patient.
Safe Environment: Patients are required to take an on-the-spot Oral Fluid Saliva Test in their car in the parking lot. Only once tested negative are patients allowed to enter the clinic. Health declaration form is required to be filled and signed. Clinic itself is very clean. You'd also have to leave your shoes at the door.
Parking: Convenient parking.
Two reserved parking lots at the ground floor and parking lots near the lift for those in the basement.
Overall, it was a very comfortable experience. I would highly recommend anyone who are hesitant about going to the dentists to give this dental clinic a shot. I think they even have a treasure box full of toys for little kids who visit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did crowning treatment with Dr Jolene and i found the treatment to be great! Dr Jolene was very patient with my questions and took the time to answer all of them in detail. She was also very caring, careful and precise with the treatment. She even went to extra mile and offered to see her doctor friend in Singapore incase if any emergency touchup that's needed since i was staying in Singapore. She also regularly checked up on me to see how i was doing during the temporary crown stage. Overall i'm happy with the process and that treatment that went well. A well worth trip even though coming all the way from Singapore. Thanks Dr Jolene, and will surely return again for future treatments.
