Very informative, and all was done via email,whatsapp and calls which makes it so much easier. Trustworthy, highly recommended. (Well known by the embassy too) Do not hesitate to engage their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for an agency which would provide some assistance in terms of providing accurate government regulations as well as the actual navigation involved in getting my domestic helper back from thr Philippines where has gone on leave.
I not only received the information sought but also advice on how the process might cost less but completed effectively. I was directed to a consulting company for part of the tasks .
Clear guidelines were provided on completion of various government documents which are not the easiest to navigate! Pinkcollar Agency did not charge for all the pointers given. I am truly appreciative and would have gladly given a fee for the great service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cant emmagine now ive been 2months here at Cyberjaya..it was happening somebody share the link of pinkcollar team to me and not seriously focus on this after i submit application.I just surprise after 1month ive got a messege on whatssap regarding my application.They accept me as a worker.Im so happy and un expected.The proscess is so soft from the start until it was happened lockdown and the boarder was closed so sad for almost 4months waiting and thats the time also theres a problem in my family that can affect my application.?back out is my decission.
After a month. since it was fix my family concern i decided to messege Maam Hani that can i resume my aplication...Praise God?my employer still accept me.
I survive all obstacle for my proscessing application because Pinkcollar team?? is so supportive,very profesional,responsively,very accomodating,ever since, i did not experience like what Pinkcollar Team done for me.Only Pinkcollar Team is the most highly recommended.

They were able to get approval and recently get my helper back - even arranged home quarantine. My helper, from one of the islands, was also very pleased with the support she received in the Philippines when she had to travel to Manila for medical tests and paper work processing during her country’s strict lockdown. She has repeated a few times how much better this agency and the agents are compared to her other agency. Win- win… a very happy employer and employee!
