Update...was there recently. Nice building. Good for singles n couples, can enjoy d shops at lobby or outside as its surrounded (and I really mean surrounded) by makan shops etc 24hrs. I wud seriously consider staying there 1-2 yrs for the experience. But certainly not to live in if ur family with kids or baby on the way. It's not exactly a peaceful calm family environment condo or surrounding. Just my personal opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Sri Petaling after some time and I see this tall building here. There must have been corruption involved for the developer to be allowed to build this rather tall building in what used to be an empty space that is really not that big in the centre of Sri Petaling shops area. This building has contributed to the ever worse parking and traffic congestion problems in Sri Petaling. It's very bad!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Temporarily nothing to shop there except for the Urban Marketplace. Not much restaurants there and the cost per dish quite high. Parking fees RM6 less than 2 hours

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to stay if you're that kind of lazy to drive person. Bank, restaurants, wet market, FamilyMart are within walking distance. On the bad side, you'll need to bear with the noise (i.e. loud exhaust paip from modified cars at 1AM).
