★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not send any machines for repair to this place. I repeat...do not send any machine for repair. They charged me RM100 to fix a grinder of a Breville espresso machine. First time for pick up, they forgot to put in one screw and so I have to come and pick up again the second time. After I brought back the machine, my grinder is still not processing the beans! when I called back, they were VERY RUDE on the call while asking questions and saying the RM100 is just labour fees to take out the stucked beans inside. He asked me when I switched on the grinder WITHOUT THE BEANS does it make any vibrating sound. And I said with the beans it is making the sound. and he became so angry to me that I don't understand the question "WITHOUT BEANS". Am I the mechanics to test "WITHOUT BEANS" at home? Of course, I wanted to make coffee WITH BEANS straight away assuming the machine is in good condition. So what is the purpose for me sending and pay RM100 if the machine is not working? And ask me to send again and will need to charge more....and how about my fuel and time costs for repeatingly going there which is an hour away from home. He raised his voice first and then saying Im the one who is rude. He has such high ego for any complains, rather than discussing nicely. The RUDENESS and inability to check if the machine is working before returning is A BIG NO FOR EVERYBODY!
