★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always believe if a stall or hawker can stand alone without others gather together for many years surely have its uniqueness. This hawker has been here for many years and I didn't know until my wife brought back home for me to taste the "Kuih Goreng Bakul" or in Chinese "炸年糕"。It was made of "nian gao 年糕 or glutinous Chinese New Year cake" sandwiched between sweet potato and yam. Seriously it was so nice and finally I went to the hawker together with my wife. The taste is totally different and fantastic when you taste it hot...the "nian gao" still melt in gel form and taste & smell nice! Trust me, 1 or 2 pieces are definitely not enough! Of course there are other types like curry pap, but the most famous one is always Kuih Goreng Bakul 炸年糕!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the best gorang pisang, goreng tee kuih, lek tau kuih in town. Price is expensive as compared to others but it is crispy & delicious. Don't buy the kalipap, you will regrets, it is the worse in town.
