β β β β β Don't bother dining there. They couldn't be bothered to take the order even after waiting for an hour. It was always "Wait for a while". KFC further down the road serves better.

β β β β β I ordered delivery pizza from pizza hut app. They usually pass over the order to foodpanda. I dont mind with that. But this time they did not even inform me that they passed over it to foodpanda, the worst part is they put a wrong number for the rider to contact me, so the rider cannot contact me. He had to try and error nearest number until he able to call me. The rider scold me coz as if i wrongly put my contact number. Nonsense! The order was 1 hour late then i was scolded by the rider. This kind of mistake should never happen again

β β β β β Too bad service,, buy two box spaghetti not give spoon fork,tissue ,large pizza two box, two mushroom soups not give platicbat all atleast 1 ,if have to buy ,its okay, we dont mind,, not logic that too kuch we buy the food without plastic???? Too baddddd

β β β β β Bro I've worked in pizza hut and let me tell you smtg, the worse outlet I've been to. Seriously, 1 staff for a evening shift? Datang nak dine-in, and that 1 staff kata xbuka dine-in. Yeah you can't open dine-in if you're understaffed and overworking your staffs. Don't tell me I don't know what I'm talking about. I've worked in SG2 outlet, helped in lotus's outlet and queensbay and giant sg ara outlet. No outlet has done this before. Me helping out at other outlets is because the managers called us in for help and we did. Where the hell is even the manager in farlim branch? Why does the staff be answerable to customers? What is the Area Manager doing? Selalu lepak ja kat sg2 sblm ni, dtg sini tengok how incompetent of a branch y'all are running here. Quality checks X jalan kat branch ni eh? Y'all better do smtg before getting reported to HQ.

β β β β β Worst outlet ever. No one to be seen at the front house. They don't even know what you ordered. No one attends to check if your order is done. The girl at the counter takes your order while chewing on chew gum. And she doesn't know anything about the menu.
