★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I regretted my decision to dine here. This is a perfect example why a pizza chain restaurant should just only serve pizza and not pasta. Ordered a prawn olio pasta and they overcooked the spaghetti and not to mention it's tasteless. To be honest it's the worst pasta I've ever had. Convenience store pasta is way better than this. Next time if you want to dine here just order pizza. It's edible. Don't order pasta unless you want to be like me.

They never check what you have ordered and never try to confirm with what u have ordered when u pickup.
In the end instead of 2 sets of chicken wing. I get one set of chicken wing. And missing 2 Pepsi can which inclusive in the set I have ordered. And cinnamon twist. ....
Poor customer service I can say.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It took quite a long time to take an order. The plates were not washed thoroughly. The staff were also shouting in the kitchen and it’s uncomfortable. The food was served late after almost two hours of waiting. The service too was bad. I really hope there will be some improvements next time. Thank you.

The only thing that are annoying is flies..for a fast food with cleaness system, surely there should be no problem of keeping the premise free from flies.
Othe than that, is ok.

Its 1949 and i still havent received my pizza. Not a single call informing that you were late. Terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not entirely sure why the reviews over the service here were bad but I'm guessing happened during peak hours. I walked in being the first customer for lunch the other day and honestly I haven't been to pizza hut in years. I usually opt for dominoes but kids wanted to have pizza and this was the only choice available. The server who took my order was very patient and helpful. The menu was a bit confusing for me and she helped me through it. Food arrived in 5 to 10mins. We ordered soup,some snacks and 2 pizzas. Overall perhaps took 20 to 25mins for all the items to arrive but I wouldn't say it's that bad. The pizzas tasted good. Toppings were adequate. Restaurant was also clean. Overall was a decent experience.
