★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered online, made advance order at 7.30, pick up 8.15 and guess what, my order isnt ready yet. Come on, i didnt rush order or what, advance and you should ready with my order! As i call, your stuff act blur and didnt know about my order. I have to wait 15 minute more, as i can conclude you forgot to prepare my order. And your staff didnt even say sorry! Really2 BAD SERVICE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't see the point of ordering online on your phone to be any quicker when you are already IN the store. Also be ready to dine while being serenaded by annoying screaming kids. Yes they are a common occurances in Pizza Hut. Shame on the parents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The outlet by main road easy to locate but parking is a nightmare. You may need to park far from outlet. Having durian cheese pizza and taste great. Waitress is friendly and took empty plate as soon as you finish the dishes.
