★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First women staff served me very well and kindly said the order will be late and even suggest and explain us the menu. Then, one of the staff (man) just ignore me when i ask for ice cream last night and laugh at the caunter with his colleague without asking for my ice cream at the kitchen. Poor service from you. Thank god, one of the women staff served me. She was very kind, friendly and nice. Thanks both of you.

Waited so long just to be seated (A lot of tables weren’t even cleared, left with dishes), only got a table when we asked if we could sit at one of the many uncleared tables. We had to even clear the dishes on our table ourselves. Some people had to get their own plates and all. It also took ages just to order and get our food (we got our main dish before the appetiser, had to wait again just for the extremely diluted soup, and garlic bread which came way after the soup). Could tell other customers were also having an unpleasant time. Some workers were pretending to be busy, walking around, and pretending they didn’t see customers raising their hand to order their food. Overall, a very bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't even deserve a star. Waited for ages to take order. I just want a single regular pizza to take away. Nobody cares I've waited front of their counter for so long and there is a staff pass by but didn't say nothing at all. Please get a new better staff or even a manager.

Regretably this is worst Pizza Hut I have ever been to.
I stood for over 3 minutes before someone acknowledged me. Then just told me to sit anywhere. Had to ask for a menu. Your service was very slow and staff don't seem interested. Just walk around pretty aimlessly. They seemed more interested in slowly re-setting other tables than try to look around and see what existing customers might need.
Had to ask twice for my hot water.
The food luke warm and greasy.
I was also surprised as an international restaurant you do not stock beer.
I blame the management for not training and providing the correct support to the staff.
The proof might be whether or not the management reply to this message with any comments or not. This will tell whether they are interested in what their customers views are.

Peak hour for berbuka puasa, only 2 staff in kitchen? What theeeeeeeee.....
